MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot

Granger anticipates that they will begin mobilizing the deep foundation contractor and start the deep foundation installation on Wednesday, November 3. Deep foundation installation typically takes 7-10 days to complete, with an expected completion date of Friday, November 12. Mobilization and installation of concrete foundations and footings will begin the week of November 15 and is estimated to take 5-6 weeks to complete.

Lansing Board of Water and Light is scheduled to perform utility modifications in the alleyway starting on October 25th with an expected completion date of November 5th. All of this work, that is being performed by Lansing Board of Water and Light, is contingent on weather and utility crew availability.
