Construction Updates! September 3, 2021

City of East Lansing DDA Properties – 314, 328, 334

Demolition of the foundation of 314 is ongoing and is anticipated to be completed this week. Soil infill of the site is taking place, and the construction trailer has been delivered to the site. Site establishment will continue and permanent fencing is expected for installation over the next two weeks.

MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot

Zayo anticipates it will complete its fiber cut for the communications by 9/3/21. Preliminary Earth Retention System testing will occur over the next two weeks.
