314, 328, 334 Evergreen Ave.

Demolition of

the buildings on 334 and 328 Evergreen Ave. has been completed. Demolition of the north portion of 314 Evergreen Ave. is complete and the demolition of the south portion is ongoing and should be complete by the end of next week. Access from the south portion of the alley will be limited during this phase of demolition of 314 Evergreen Ave. Fencing around these properties will be placed back onto the curb within the next two weeks.

MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot Rd.

Site demolition has been pushed slightly and should start within the next two weeks. The contractor will be pouring a temporary sidewalk along Abbot Road to facilitate open businesses during the sidewalk closure.
