The Abbot

Slab on metal deck on level 12 north was completed today (01/03). Setting of load bearing wall panels and joists on level 12 south is underway. Exterior window installation is in progress on levels 7 and 8. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work continues on levels 6 through 10. The stair pans and landings in the south core are installed up to level 9 and are scheduled to be poured next week. Masonry work is underway. Underground sewer work at the intersection of Albert Ave. and Evergreen Ave. will resume on Monday (01/06).

The Graduate Hotel

Next week underground sewer work will begin, utility work will continue, and work will begin on the ground floor masonry walls. Stairwells and landings have started and will continue throughout the week. Concrete pours will also continue next week. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical rough ins continue on the ground levels.
