MSUFCU Construction Updates 10-08-2021

City of East Lansing DDA Properties – 314, 328, and 334 Evergreen

All permanent fencing, gates and electrical service have been installed at the construction trailer and staging area.

MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot

The earth retention system has been completed and backfilled. Lane closure barricades and cones have been placed on southbound Abbot Rd. adjacent to the construction site. This lane closure will be in effect for the foreseeable future.

Site demolition of asphalt and curbs has begun and completion is anticipated by October 8. Grade establishment and deep foundations are scheduled to start week of October 18. The deep foundation system installation is expected to take 7-10 business days after commencement.
