MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot

Granger anticipates that it will begin mobilizing the deep foundation contractor on Wednesday, November 3, and start the deep foundation installation on Monday, November 8. Deep foundation installation typically takes between 7-10 days to complete with an expected completion date of Wednesday, November 17. Mobilization and installation of concrete foundations and footings will begin the week of November 22 and is estimated to take 5-6 weeks to complete.

Lansing Board of Water and Light (BWL) is currently working on power modifications in the alleyway with an expected completion date of November 5. All of the work performed by BWL is contingent on weather and utility crew availability.
