City of East Lansing DDA Properties – 314, 328, 334 Evergreen

Demolition of the Downtown Development Authority properties is complete. The construction trailer has been delivered and set up. Permanent fencing is planned to be installed by the end of next week.

MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot

Some earth retention system materials have been delivered. Initial demolition of existing site conditions on the north have begun, with earth retention installation following. Permanent fencing is to be installed in the next couple weeks.
