City of East Lansing Downtown Development Authority Properties

The utility disconnects have been completed. Demolition of 334 and 328 has started. Demolition of 314 will take place next week, working from North to South. There will be alley closures periodically during the demolition of 314. While working on the North section of 314 the alley will be accessible from the South and while working on the South section of 314 the alley will be accessible from the North.

MSU FCU East Lansing Located at 311 Abbot

Fencing has been moved out to the curb and the sidewalk has been closed at Abbot and Albert. Parking lot demolition is still slated to begin the week of August 23rd. Demolition of the hard surfaces should take roughly two weeks.
