The Abbot

Drywall work continues on levels 5 and 6, with MEP rough-ins on levels 7, 8 and 9. Masonry work continues along with the underground utility work. The storm sewer work was completed this week with the water main work wrapping up by Tuesday (01/21). The covered pedestrian walk-way along Grand River Ave. is scheduled to re-open on Wednesday (01/22). It is anticipated the project will be topping out mid-February.

The Graduate Hotel

Interior stairwell work continues along with HVAC rough-ins. Interior concrete pours will continue next week.
