The Abbot

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing work is underway on levels 5 and 6. Drywall is being installed on level 4. Wall panel installation is underway on Level 12. Framing, window installation and masonry is ongoing. A concrete pour will take place on Monday (12/23). Underground utility work will continue after the beginning of the year.

The Graduate Hotel

Concrete pours will continue next week. HVAC work continues on the first level and will be moving up to the second level. Concrete pours will take place the week of 12/23.
