The Abbot

The last core pour is scheduled to be completed on Monday (12/16). Level 4 interior wall framing, and in-wall MEP rough ins are complete and drywall installation will begin on Monday (12/16). Load bearing walls are being set onto Level 11 and will be complete with joists and deck for Level 12 South by next Wednesday (12/18). Concrete placement for Level 12 South is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday (12/18) weather permitting. Window installation is in progress on Levels 4, 5 and 6. Masonry work is underway.

The Graduate Hotel

Level 5 on the north core is being poured this week. Panels are being set for Level 3 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of this week. Level 4 composite deck is scheduled to be poured on Thursday (12/19). HVAC work is underway on the first floor and will be moving up to the second floor by the end of this week. During the week of 12/16, Consumers Energy will be onsite at the intersection of Evergreen Ave. and Albert Ave. to reroute the existing gas service and also bring gas service to the building. This work is anticipated to take one week to complete (12/16-12/20). Third floor windows are being sealed up as panels are being set and secured. The steel contactor will begin work on Monday (12/16) setting up the permanent stairs in the main core. Installation of a temporary stair system will also begin on Monday.
