Construction Update 11-22-19

West Grand River Ave. Underground Utility Work Completed

The contractor has finished the underground utility work and the west bound lanes of Grand River Ave. are now open.

The Abbot

This week concrete pours, wall framing, and window installation continue to progress up the building. Concrete pours will also take place on Tuesday (11/26). Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing trades are on site and working on level 5. The Masonry contractors are also on site.

The Graduate Hotel

Concrete pours continue on the project. Steel and other building materials are being delivered to the site, as the project continues to progress. The crane has been removed from the site to make way for underground utility work. The crane will return to the site on 12/2.
