Grand River Ave. Sidewalk Repairs

Staff has been working on the feasibility of completing the Grand River Ave. sidewalk project originally planned to occur in conjunction with the Center City project, in the 100/200 block of E. Grand River Ave.  It was determined that it is not feasible to complete the project this year.  The project will commence in May 2020.  Last week the contractor completed some minor repairs and improvements to the sidewalks.  On Monday, (09/09) the East Lansing Dept. of Public Works will be completing additional sidewalk repairs at both the east and west end of the 100/200 block of E. Grand River Ave.  Pedestrian access to businesses will be maintained at all times.
