This week they began the post-tension steel work on that half of the 4th floor while they placed steel on the other half in preparations for pouring the second half. They are targeting to complete the transfer slab in early August, when they will transition to the placement of cold form steel for the floors above. Early August is also the target for underground utility work to mobilize on site.
On the hotel site, the project has gone vertical with the installation of several columns and core walls. The Plumbing contractor will begin mobilizing on the site next week to begin their work.
