Road grading, decorative cross walk installation, and the paving of Albert Ave. is planned to begin the week of July 15 (see below). Upstairs, more progress has taken place with utility rough-ins completed and drywall nearly complete, and on finishes such as flooring, cabinets, paint, and fixtures taking place on final floors. Balconies are expected to arrive late next week and begin being installed. Windows and facades for the retail exteriors and entrance to the North/South pedestrian link continue to be installed as well, as interior buildouts are underway for several tenants.
