Center City: Early Morning Start Tomorrow

Weather permitting, it is likely that the first major elevated concrete pour will occur beginning tomorrow morning from 5:00AM to 11:00PM. The elevated deck is a post-tensioned structure requiring that extra precautions and time be taken with placement of the concrete to ensure the best quality end product. The contractor has agreed to minimize any project noise during the extended hours, especially from 5:00AM to 8:00AM. City staff and the construction company have reached out to adjacent property managers to notify them of the approved extended hours request.
