Construction Update 3-29-18

The work on the Grand River Ave covered walkway was hampered a bit by difficult weather, but is expected to be fully installed by the end of the day. Access will continue to remain open to businesses while this work is completed. As a reminder, this walkway is being installed to maintain a safe pedestrian passage on Grand River Ave. as the building is constructed above. It is expected to remain in place for most of the construction period.

This week work has continued to be focused on concrete, underground utilities, and preparations for second story work. The construction team is planning to pour concrete for the second floor deck by the end of next week.
