Construction Update 12-7-17

The progress on the Center City project this week included finishing the tear-down of all the buildings in the project area, debris removal, and geotechnical testing.

Next week, the focus will continue to be on the demolition of the existing foundation/ debris removal as well as additional geo-technical testing and preparation for new foundation work. The impacts of the work are expected to be similar to recent weeks, i.e. some noise, vibration, and dust. The construction company continues to monitor the site to mitigate any impacts to the local community.
