MSUFCU East Lansing Building Located at 311 Abbot

Installation of the concrete footings and foundations for the elevator pits and northernmost building line is ongoing. The foundation will be installed along the east and west building lines. Installation of the deep underground plumbing mains within the building footprint has begun. Underground electrical within the building footprint will begin shortly. Structural steel and precast panels are currently scheduled to be installed in the second or third week of January.

The lane closure on Abbot Rd. has been reinstated and will remain in effect for the foreseeable future. The westbound lane closure on Albert St. has been installed and will remain in effect for the foreseeable future. Access to the alley off of Albert St. will remain open. Stop signs have been installed in the alley as there is construction traffic traveling between the construction site and the laydown area on the DDA property.
